By creating an account or using Bible Burst ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Bible Burst is a Bible-learning game platform available on iOS, Android, and the web. We provide interactive games, community features, leaderboards, and daily challenges designed to help users engage with Scripture. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service allows you to submit reflections, prayer requests, and community content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or violates others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; or (f) post spam, advertising, or content unrelated to the purpose of Bible Burst.

All Service content, branding, game designs, and software are owned by Bible Burst or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Bible verse content is provided through third-party Bible APIs under their respective licenses. You may not reproduce or distribute Service content without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Bible verse accuracy depends on third-party data providers. We are not responsible for the content of third-party links or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Burst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $10, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings screen. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except you may assert claims in small claims court.
